Pneumatic poultry cage welding machine DP-AW-1500F is used to weld cage mesh for poultry cage. F model machine used the latest technology. It equips SMC 50 multi-force air cylinder controlling welding electrodes which is the advanced technology of 2-4mm wire mesh welding machine.

Welding system: Pneumatic type welding with SMC (Japan) air cylinders
● Welding in high speed, testing speed can reach 200 times per minute. Normal working speed 120times per minute.
● Cast water-cooling transformers, welding degree can be adjusted by PLC.
Wire feeding way:
● The longitude wires are fed from wire coils automatically.
● The cross wires should be pre-straightened & pre-cut, then fed by cross wire feeder automatically. And the cross wire feeder is specially designed, much easier to feed the cross wires.
Mesh pulling system:
● Panasonic (Japan) servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC.
● The cable drag chain is similar to European brand, not easily hung down, protect pipes and cables.

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
A: T/T or L/C is acceptable. 30% in advance, we start produce machine. After machine finished, we will send you testing vide or you could come to check machine. If satisfied with machine, arrange balance 70% payment. The we can loading machine to you.
Q: How to transport different type of machine?
A: Normally 1 set of machine need 1x40GP or 1x20GP+ 1x40GP container, decide by the machine type and auxiliary equipment you choose.
Q: The production cycle of the razor barbed wire machine?
A:30-45days
Q: How to replace worn parts?
A: We have free spare part box loading together with machine. If there is other parts needed, normally we have stock, will send to you in 3 days.
