Lifting system:

★ Straight type Manipulator
The straight type manipulator is suitable for straight type pickling lines and U type pickling lines. The straight type manipulator is composed of the main girder bridge translation mechanism and the hoisting up and down lifting mechanism. The traveling mechanism adopts 4 sets of 2.2kw variable frequency motors with brake, the model is YSEW-7SLZ-4. The power of the hoisting motor is 37kw, the model is QABP250M6A, the model of the reducer is ZQA500, and the model of the brake is YWZ5-315/80. The working level is A6. The hoisting mechanism is also equipped with a three-way guide wheel and a guide column. The operation is stable, reliable, and the structure is reasonable. It is suitable for the transformation of semi-automatic or manual pickling lines, which can improve production output and product quality, and improve economic benefits.
★ Circle type manipulator
The circle type pickling line is mainly composed of a specially customized electric hoist for pickling and a hoisting mechanical structure. The electric self-contained walking mechanism for pickling is provided with a minimum turning radius of 4m. The walking kinetic energy is provided by four 0.4kw variable frequency motors. The lifting mechanism is a 13kw electric hoist. The lifting weight can reach 8t. It is suitable for the transformation of semi-automatic or manual pickling lines, which can improve production output and product quality, and improve economic benefits.
