The Bio-soluble refractory fiber(BioFiber ALT) is made from SiO、CaO、MgO powder through Super special mineral electric melting furnace. Except the features of Al2O3-SiO2 refractory ceramic fiber,the chemical composition of Bio-soluble refractory fibers conform to the index which man-made vitreous(silicate)fibers with random orientation with alkaline oxide and alkali earth oxide(Na2O+K2O+CaO+MgO+BaO) content greater than 18% by weight.And Bio-soluble refractory fibers have passed the test of EU ECB/TM/26,Revision 7,Nota Q,97/69/EC,its solubility is between 50-250ng/cm2•hr,which reaches the EU KNB index and Germany KI index,without the carcinogen.
