When using compressed air with a supply pressure of 0.6-0.8MPA, it is necessary to ensure that the water content and cleanliness of the compressed air are qualified.
The central vacuum unit adopts PLC automatic control, and the tubular condenser has a closed cycle.
The negative pressure pump adopts multiple sets of variable frequency control, with adaptive start stop function.
The negative pressure of the system is maintained between -0.05MPa and -0.08MPa, and the pumping capacity of a single pump is ≥ 250m3/h.
The vacuum cooling system includes a vacuum tank and a drainage tank, with volumes of 10m3 and 0.3m3 respectively; Including 3 sets 7.5KW vacuum pumps.
The drainage of the vacuum system is automatically controlled by PLC, and it is not allowed to shut down for drainage. The negative pressure during operation is not allowed to be lower than -4 kilograms; The white mold has fast cooling, low moisture content, no deformation after the white mold is released, and the surface is flat and not bulging.
When opening the mold, there is no water or less water splashing out, reaching the ground of the work site with little or no water.
The cooling water of the vacuum system adopts a closed-loop circulating cooling system, without separate cooling water pipes and wastewater discharge.
Start the system and the main vacuum pump group starts working until the vacuum level in the vacuum tank reaches the set upper limit value. The vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the central vacuum system is maintained by the automatic cut-off of the vacuum check valve on the pipeline.
If the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank drops and falls below the set lower limit due to work requirements, the backup vacuum pump set will automatically start. As a result, the vacuum degree of the vacuum system can maintain a stable vacuum source and meet the requirements of production.
