Short Description:

Before producing the flux cored welding wire, customer needs to prepare the fluxes and mixed these different type fluxes into the final powder which will be filled into the steel strip with specified filling ratio. It is necessary to have mixing process for these fluxes and make them uniformly filled into the steel strip.

The mixing machine body is made of the stainless steel and has 1000L volume inside. To have better mixing efficiency, we suggest to have 300L volume powder in the stainless pail.

There is control panel mounted next to the machine for customers easily control the mixing machine. Customer could start or stop the mixing machine by operating on the panel. When customer sets the working time, the machine can be stopped after working time automatically.
