Gas Generator Set
We are in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system organization of production, gas generator set is a kind of liquefied gas, natural gas and other combustible gas as combustion, instead of gasoline, diesel as the engine power of a new, efficient new energy generator. Gas generators have a wide output power range, reliable start and operation, good power generation quality, light weight, small size, simple maintenance, low frequency noise and other advantages, generally they have the following four advantages:
First, good power generation quality
Because the generator only rotating motion when working, the electric modulation reaction speed is fast, the work is particularly smooth, the generator output voltage and frequency accuracy is high, the fluctuation is small, in the sudden air reduction of 50% and 75% load, the unit is very stable. The electrical performance index is better than that of diesel generator set.
Second, good startup performance, high startup success rate
The time from successful cold start to full load is only 30 seconds, while the international regulations stipulate that the diesel generator is loaded for 3 minutes after successful start. The gas turbine generator set can guarantee the success rate of start-up in any ambient temperature and climate.
Third, Low noise and low vibration
Because the gas turbine is in the state of high-speed rotation, its vibration is very small, and the low frequency noise is better than that of the diesel generator set.
The combustible gas used is a clean and cheap energy source
Such as: gas gas, straw gas, biogas, etc., with their fuel generator set not only reliable operation, low cost, and can turn waste into treasure, will not produce pollution.
