Short Description:

● The bed is made of high-strength cast iron and has a closed frame structure with stronger load-bearing capacity.

● There is a plunger balancing cylinder on the left and right sides of the main spindle box, which realizes automatic synchronous balance through a gas-liquid conversion device without the need for an external power source, ensuring smooth and stable movement of the main spindle box.

● It adopts a high-speed, high-precision, high-rigidity heavy-load spindle unit produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity.

● The Z-axis uses a rectangular hard rail, and the guide rail pair is quenched and plastic-coated and precision scratched to ensure the machine tool’s motion characteristics and the necessary rigidity for cutting.

● The Z-direction drive motor has a power-off braking device.

● Double screw + chain chip conveyor

● Optional spindle ZF (Germany) two-speed reducer
