High Pressure Polyurethane Hose Used In Mine Rescue
1. Structure: the braided layer of the hose is made of high-strength polyester filament, and the inner and outer rubber layers are made of polyurethane by one-time extrusion.
2. Features: wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, no hardening, embrittlement and fracture in cold environment; super large diameter, super large flow, convenient connection, quick retraction and release, it is a substitute for metal pipe.
3. Application scope: petroleum, chemical industry, shipping, agriculture, water conservancy, mine rescue, fire protection and other fields. It is an ideal tool for long-distance and large flow liquid or gas transportation.
4. Applicable temperature: – 40 ℃ ~ 70 ℃.

Polyester type TPU hose: it has high mechanical temperature, good wear resistance, oil resistance, fuel and solvent resistance, high temperature performance, excellent UV resistance and hydrolysis stability. Polyester TPU series hose is recommended for applications with the above requirements;
For applications with low temperature flexibility, good weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance and anti bacteria breeding requirements, polyether TPU series hose is recommended;
Polycaprolactone type TPU hose: it not only has the mechanical strength and high temperature performance of polyester type TPU, but also has the hydrolysis resistance and low temperature resistance of polyether type TPU, and has good resilience, so it is suitable for application in special industries.
