Installation and Use

When it is used to measure the bearing temperature of the motor, first install the sensor junction box in the appropriate position of the motor, tighten the connection screw, and connect the ground wire.

Insert the temperature sensing element (probe) of the sensor into the screw hole near the motor bearing (such as the motor housing, the shaft housing bore), and tighten the mounting nut.
Open the junction box of the sensor, connect the leading cable, cover the box, connect the leading cable to the designated place and connect with the intrinsic safety secondary instrument.
When installing leads, fix them with a tie head at an interval of 300mm. The bending radius of the spring tube is not less than 60mm. If the lead is too long, hang it in an appropriate place with a coil, and keep it away from the heating device.
Bearing temperature (also can measure solid, liquid, gas temperature) temperature sensor, the measuring element is Pt100 platinum thermal resistance, equipped with the appropriate thermometer, can monitor the bearing temperature and can achieve alarm and control.
