a) Full servo system is been used and leakproofness of machine is highly improved.
b) Separate control for filling and dough skin is adopted by the machine, each with an independent motor to provide power, which makes the speed easy to adjust, dough skin thickness and filling easy for regulation, and accurate in quantification.
c) Dough sheet feeding mode and producing mode are loaded in the machine for better operation when machine starting and running normally.
d) Dough pressing part and dumpling forming part are separated due to full servo system, and it let the capacity more highly!
3. Function of ZK-3-SJ dumpling maker machine
1) This machine is a new utility model dumpling machine, suitable to make all kinds of dumplings with different shapes and stuffing in high speed.
2) Dough skin and filling are controlled separately and thickness of dough skin can be adjusted easily.
3) One-way valve and piston are adopted to supply filling, servo motor cutting filling and pneumatic pushing filling, to ensure fillings are not sticky on the cutter so the filling weight is stable.
4) Dough roll is supplied for the machine and it presses the dough step by step with 4 rollers and dough sheet becomes thinner and thinner.
