Working Principle
The vacuum booster pump uses the principle of air intake when the engine is working to create vacuum on one side of the booster and generate a pressure difference relative to the normal air pressure on the other side. This pressure difference is used to strengthen the braking thrust.
In the working state, the push rod return spring makes the brake pedal at the initial position. At this time, the one-way valve at the connection position between the vacuum pipe and the vacuum booster is open. Inside the booster, the diaphragm divides it into a vacuum chamber and an application chamber. The two chambers can be connected with each other. Most of the time, they are isolated from the outside world. The air chamber can be connected to the atmosphere through two valve devices.
When the engine is running, step on the brake pedal. Under the action of the push rod, the vacuum valve is closed. At the same time, the air valve at the other end of the push rod is opened. When the air enters (the reason for the gasping sound when stepping on the brake pedal), the air pressure in the chamber will be unbalanced. Under the effect of negative pressure, the diaphragm is pulled to one end of the brake master cylinder, which drives the push rod of the brake master cylinder, This realizes the function of further enlarging the leg strength.

Clutch Function
The clutch system is mainly used to interrupt and transmit the power of the engine, so that the gearbox can shift. It consists of a clutch assembly and a control mechanism, which are respectively composed of a clutch master cylinder pedal mechanism, a hose, a steel pipe, a clutch driven plate, a clutch pressure plate, a release bearing, a release fork, and a clutch booster pump. Principle of the clutch system: 1. During the transmission of the clutch control system, ensure that the air pressure of the air reservoir is not less than 0.6MPA. Step down the pedal, the master clutch cylinder builds oil pressure in the control pipeline and transmits it to the clutch booster. With the help of air pressure, the push rod pushes the separator fork, which moves the release bearing to the right. The release bearing and the diaphragm spring release finger on the clutch pressure plate assembly are fixed axially. The pressure plate moves again through the leverage of the diaphragm spring to realize the clutch separation process. Loosen the pedal, the aftertaste of the clutch master cylinder will disappear, and under the action of the diaphragm spring, the clutch pressure plate and the release bearing will disappear. Release fork and clutch booster push rod return.
