DC series vibration motors are a new type of motors that utilize permanent magnets. Through simulation technology, the electromagnetic design has been optimized to significantly increase the motors’ efficiency. These motors can be equipped with a motor controller, allowing for precise control of the motor’s on/off, speed and vibration force, thus achieving high efficiency, power saving and intelligent control of the vibration motors.

The Micro series vibration motors are suitable for addressing issues such as automatic feeding, separation, compaction, and screening in the chemical, food, packaging, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for electroplating and other corrosion prevention purposes. They are suitable for slightly dry and fine powders, such as plastic, sugar, carbonate, and seeds. The vibration motor can be installed on any smooth and defect-free surface. It is important to use new and high-resistance screws and nuts to securely install the motor on the structure.
