Product process:
SMC/BMC commpression moulding is a process that put a certain amount of moulding compound into the metal matched-die, under the effect of certain temperature and pressure, the moulding compound will be heated to plasticize in the mould, then flow and fill the moulf cavity, and curing to the products. 1. Corrosion resistance
Different resin properties give FRP different corrosion resistance, so that in different acid base, salt, organic solvent gas, liquid medium corrosive environment for a long time to use.
2. Flame retardant
High quality resin and flame retardant additives give the products excellent flame retardant performance, the general flame retardant products oxygen index is greater than 26, flame diffusion coefficient is less than 25, smoke density is less than 500.
3. Light weight and high strength
The perfect combination of alkali free glass fiber yarn and resin gives the product unique characteristics of light weight and high strength. The specific gravity of the product is 1/4 of that of steel, which is suitable for all kinds of bearing structures in corrosive environment.
4. Aging resistance

Manufacturing technique
There are three main types of GRP production process: reciprocating fiber winding process, continuous fiber winding process and centrifugal pouring process.
1. Reciprocating filament winding process (n) : in this process, the leaching glue tank with rotating mandrel for reciprocating motion, the long fiber glass with a certain Angle relative to the mandrel axial auxiliary, auxiliary Angle (that is, the winding Angle) baptism glue tank movement speed and the ratio of the core mold speed control, soak glue tank translational motion by computerized machine electric control.The number of winding layers increases gradually until the designed wall thickness is reached.After winding, the resin in the product is basically cured.After curing, the mold is removed from the glass tube.
2. Continuous filament winding process (continuous process) : the pipe is made in the continuous advance of the mandrel through a feed station for resin prepreg, non-twist roving, short-cut fiberglass and resin sand mixture.
3.Centrifugal pouring process (n) : in this process, using glass fiber reinforced materials and sand, feeding on the bearing steel in the mould, injection plus unsaturated resin catalyst in die end, make its dipping reinforced material, under the effect of centrifugal force, the resin exchange fiber and filler in the air, so as to create a nonporous compact composite material, the effect of tube wall due to centrifugal force to form a smooth, bright and clean surface layer of rich resin, steel tubes under high temperature curing.Tubes manufactured in this way are also known as glass reinforced plastic sand tubes.

1. Due to the low density and light material, it is easy to install fiberglass grilles floating pipes in areas with high underground water level. Anti-floating measures such as town piers or rainwater runoff drainage must be taken into consideration.
2. In the construction such as opening a tee on the installed FIBERglass grille and repairing pipe cracks, it is required to be similar to the completely dry conditions in the workshop, and the resin and fiber cloth used in the construction should be cured for 7-8 hours. However, on-site construction and repair are generally difficult to meet this requirement.
3. Existing underground pipeline detection equipment is mainly used to detect metal pipelines, while non-metallic pipeline detection equipment is expensive, so it is impossible to detect FRP grilles after they are buried in the ground. Other subsequent construction units are prone to dig and damage pipelines during construction.
4. Fiberglass grilles have poor uv protection.Open-mounted FRP grillers are retarded by the fabrication of a 0.5mm thick resin rich layer and uv absorbent (in-plant processing) on the surface.Over time, the resin rich layer and uv absorbent will be destroyed, which will affect its service life

1. Corrosion Resistance
Different types of resin provide their own different anti-corrosion properties, which could be used in different corrosion circumstance such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent (in gas or liquid form) and the like over a long period.
2. Fire Resistance
Our special formula provide grating with excellent fire resistant performance. Our FRP gratings pass ASTM E-84 Class 1.
3. Light Weight & High Strength
The perfect combination of the continuous E-glass roving and thermosetting polyester resin provide grating with light weight and high strength and its specific gravity is only 1/4 of that of steel, 1/3 of aluminum. Different thickness and mesh size bring the client more choice.
4. Safety & Anti-slip
The high modulus of elasticity and various surfaces provided the super anti-skid performances. Its surface could be smooth surface, meniscus surface, grit surface and chequer plate cover which is suitable for different working places.
5. Electrical Insulating
High strength E-glass roving and high-grade resin provide the product super electric performance. Its electric break strength could reach 10KV/mm. There is no electric spark even when impact by tools, meanwhile it is non-magnetism. FRP Molded Grating could be used safely under the antiknock, diamagnetism and electric-resistance environments.
6. Aging Resistance
The high-grade resin and anti-ageing stabilizer provide grating long-life ageing resistant performance and the unique design make grating excellent self-cleanness function and keep its brightness and strength over a long time. The service life of grating could be 25 years.
