Advantage of Paper Faced Gypsum Board Manufacture Line
The gypsum board line’s dryer exit system is composed of high quality rollers, protective mesh system, movable posts, and first brand motors, and complete set of PLC system, etc. The dryer exit system, which is the most important section in gypsum board production line and also a key link to ensure of finished boards’ quality. During running, the boards are cooled down and collected from different layers step by step into first layer and through transitional rollerway, the gypsum boards are conveyed to 2# cross conveyor system automatically. From 2# cross conveyor, qualified boards will be sent to booker, to make boards overlapped with board back outside, and then automatically sent to sawing machine, to cut the edge on both ends and at the same time, crushed into pieces which is collected by bag filter. After cutting, the edge can be sealed with edge tape, then stacked into stacks.
