Hydraulic system:
Smooth and sensitive hydraulic systems provide the level of control customers require in all applications, from fine leveling and dodging to backfilling.
Bucket rod and boom:
The front structure is made of high tensile strength steel to provide maximum digging force. All pins used in the front connecting rod have a thick chromium coating, which effectively prevents wear and noise, thus extending the service life of the pins and rod. The diameter of each pin is expanded as far as possible to smoothly distribute the shear and side loads associated with the bucket rod in difficult excavation conditions. Using the pin with a low-maintenance bushing assembly reduces wear on the pin, thereby extending the lubrication cycle.
Steel track:
Caterpillar’s chassis system is designed for stability and durability. Standard with 400 mm three-grip crawler. The chassis system has a lower ground clearance, providing better stability and lifting capability. With a two-speed function and strong track propulsion, the travel motor provides excellent climbing and steering capability in a variety of ground conditions.
