The particle size becomes more even. One only needs to change the fixed cone body structure to get fine crushing. Double safety control of hydraulic and lubricating system protects the hydraulic cone crusher from overload, and better lubricates the bearings. We have greatly improved the crusher’s mechanical structure and the operating principle. As a result, the smart control system could safely and steadily adjust and control production processes. In case of iron stuck, the crusher adjusts automatically. The single cylinder design enables the main shaft to move up and down easily and the operators to control the discharge outlets readily.

The crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and eccentric rotating moving cone. The crusher’s horizontal axis is driven by a motor through the V-belt, and drives the eccentric sleeve by gear. The eccentric sleeve makes main shaft rotate and cause eccentricity. Materials are fed to the crushing chamber through the upper inlet, and are discharged out through the lower outlet.
