Standard Type DC Brush 12V/24V Vibration Motor MVE Series
Product Introduction
DC series vibration motors are a new type of vibration motors with permanent magnets, utilizing simulation technology to optimize electromagnetic design and significantly improve the efficiency of the motors. DC brush vibration motors can be equipped with motor controllers, allowing for accurate control of the motor’s on/off, speed, and vibration force, thus achieving high efficiency, power savings, and intelligent control of the vibration motors.

Application
Standard DC vibration motors are suitable for a variety of applications, such as storage hoppers, silos and gate controls, roll-on vehicles, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, mortar, salt dispensers, gravel spreaders, fertilizer spreaders, pull silos, and industrial sweeping filters.

Vibration motors can be installed in any position, provided that the installation surface is smooth and free of defects. It is recommended to use new and high-resistance screws and nuts to install the vibration motor on the structure.
