There are three temperature sensors of the ice machine, which are respectively arranged on the ice mixing mechanism, the condenser and the ice bucket.

The temperature sensor on the ice stirring mechanism is used to feel whether the temperature is relatively low, or even the resistance of the transmission mechanism is too large, that is to say, when the temperature is relatively low, the water flow is blocked, the torque of the ice stirring mechanism is needed, and the input current of the motor surges. At this time, the ice needs to be rushed, the solenoid valve is opened, and the refrigerant of the compressor directly enters the ice stirring mechanism. Instead of entering the ice mixing mechanism after passing through the condenser, such a series of work is completed by the temperature sensor to detect and control the system.

The temperature sensor on the condenser works like this. When the temperature on the condenser is too high, the cooling effect generated by the fan motor is too late to cool. At this time, the temperature sensor feels the temperature is too high, and converts the analog signal into digital signal through A/D conversion. Whether the relay controlling the compressor motor is made to control the working state of the compressor.

The function of the temperature sensor on the ice bucket is to control whether the ice has reached A certain height. When the ice reaches a certain height, the temperature sensor feels that the temperature is relatively low, and the temperature is generally set at 7 degrees. It is also through A/D module for analog-to-digital conversion. The on-off judgment that controls the whole system controls whether the system works or not.
