● Rolling processing makes the roughness of the workpiece reach Ra0.4.
● Deep hole processing rolling technology is a kind of non-cutting processing, through plastic deformation, the inner hollow surface can reach the surface roughness required by the workpiece.
Increased advantages of rolling:
● Improve the surface roughness, the roughness can basically reach Ra≤0.4μm.
● Correct roundness, ellipticity can reach ≤0.03mm, coaxiality ≤0.06mm.
● Improve the surface hardness, eliminate the stress deformation, and increase the hardness by HV≥4°.
● There is a residual stress layer after processing. Improve fatigue strength by 30%.
● Improve the quality of the fit, reduce wear and extend the service life of the parts, but the processing cost of the parts is reduced.

● The surface roughness of workpiece boring≤Ra3.2μm.
● Roughness of workpiece rolling surface≤Ra0.4μm.
● Cylindricity of workpiece processing≤0.027/500mm.
