Product Introduction
JGD-B type wire-connected double ball rubber joint is composed of fabric reinforced rubber body and thread joint, which is used for vibration and noise reduction and displacement compensation of pipeline. Also called double ball wire connection or wire connection rubber joint, it is also called rubber soft joint, shock absorber, pipeline shock absorber, shock absorber throat, etc., but the name is different, but all refer to JGD-B type wire connection double ball rubber joint.
This product introduces the production process, the rubber body in the forming process of the inner layer under high pressure, nylon cord fabric and rubber layer to get a better combination. The product produced by the process is characterized by the inner rubber layer mixed into one, smooth and seamless marks, and the label is vulcanized and combined with the product.
[Features] : With high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, balance pipeline deviation, vibration absorption, good noise reduction effect, easy installation and so on.
[Scope of use] : can be widely used in water supply and drainage, circulating water, HVAC, fire, paper, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, ship, pump, compressor, fan and other pipeline systems, such as power plants, water plants, steel mills, water companies, engineering construction and so on.
[Applicable medium] : The ordinary type is used for transporting -15℃ ~ 80℃ air, compressed air, water, seawater, oil, acid, alkali, etc. The special type is used to transport the above medium or oil, concentrated acid and alkali, solid materials above -30℃ ~ 120℃.
