The movement of equipment is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), and the process length of each part of the workpiece is controlled by the encoder. PLC simultaneously controls press machine and uncoiler equipment. You simply need to touch the screen to input the product parameter of width, length and quantity, then the production line can be automatically produced according to your requirements, after completing the pre-set quantity, the line will stop automatically.

Standard structure of Rolling Forming Machine has double rollers to produce one type size: 520,. The roller structure is detachable. You can roll form other width radiators only by changing a pair of rollers. (But the welding units of the production line may have to change)
