YBM(P)-12/0.4 Intelligent preassembled integrated substation
YBM(P)-12/0.4 Intelligent preassembled substation is a power distribution device that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transfoer, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. into a compact complete set of equipment, which is suitable for AC 50HZ, 10kV power system. It is widely used in urban public power distribution, high-rise buildings, living quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, national defense construction, oil fields and temporary construction of engineering and other places for accepting and distributing electric energy in the power distribution system. The product has the advantages of compact structure, small size, small footprint, quick installation and easy maintenance.
Product characteristics
- 1. The framework of substation is made of surface treated section steel, which has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity.
- 2. The shell material can be stainless steel plate, cold-rolled steel plate, composite steel plate, metal inlaid antique wood strip, cement, etc.;
- 3. Each room is separated into an independent small room by steel plate, which can be arranged as a “mesh” font, “product” font and other fos;
- 4. In order to facilitate monitoring and maintenance, transfoer room, high and low pressure room are equipped with lighting devices;
- 5. The top cover is double-layer structure, which can prevent heat radiation from increasing the indoor temperature;
- 6, the transfoer is based on natural ventilation, when the temperature of the transfoer room exceeds the set temperature, the axial fan installed on the top automatically starts to control the temperature of the transfoer room;
- 7. Perfect protection perfoance, easy operation, high pressure side has a complete five anti-function to ensure the safety of maintenance;
- 8. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, can be coordinated with the surrounding environment;

- 3. Relative humidity: The average daily relative humidity does not exceed 95%;
- 4. The average monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
- 5. Earthquake resistance: ground horizontal acceleration < 0.4 m/s2;
- 6. Ground vertical acceleration 0.2m/s2;
- 7. Pollution level: Ⅲ;
- 8. There is no severe vibration and shock, and there is fire, chemical corrosion, explosion danger. Start to control the temperature of the transfoer room;
